My Torox earnings are missing, what do I do?

Rewards for completed offers may take up to 48 hours to appear in your account. If you haven’t received your earnings after that time, please contact the Torox support team by following these steps:

  1. Open the list of Torox games in Pawns.app

  2. Go to the “My Activity” page

  3. Once support access is available, a “Missing credit?” button will appear next to each offer

  4. Tap this button and follow the instructions to submit a support ticket.
