Sometimes the app may show a VPN error even though you don't have a VPN turned on. This usually happens because the IP address your internet provider assigned you is classified as a datacenter (DCH) type address. Some providers use these, and our system recognizes them as VPN or proxy connections. It's nothing you did wrong, it's simply how your IP address is classified.
Here's what you can try:
Restart your router. In many cases, your provider will assign you a new IP address, and the error will disappear.
Try connecting from a different network, such as mobile data, to check whether the error goes away.
If the error is still there after these steps, send us your IP address at [email protected] and we'll take a closer look.
