Why isn't my game progress being tracked?

If you're playing a game from Offers and your progress isn't showing up, don't worry. In most cases, one of the things below is the reason.

Check how the game was installed. Offers can only track games installed for the first time, directly through the offer link in Pawns.app. If the game was already on your device before, or you downloaded it straight from the app store, the progress won't count.

Check your device settings

  • Location needs to be turned on. Many game offers require it for tracking to work.

  • VPN needs to be turned off, both when installing the game and while playing.

  • Ad tracking needs to be allowed in your device settings.

Check the offer requirements. Rewards unlock at the specific milestones listed in the offer, so make sure you've actually reached the required level. And keep in mind that tracking isn't always instant. If you've just hit a milestone, give it some time to update.
