There are a few common reasons why your referral bonus hasn't shown up yet.
Your referrals haven't made a withdrawal yet. Referral bonuses aren't paid out the moment someone signs up. You get your $3 bonus in parts: $1 when your referral makes their first payout, $1 on their second, and $1 on their third. So if your referrals have registered but haven't withdrawn anything yet, your bonus is simply still on its way.
Your referral missed the 7-day window. Each bonus requires your referral to reach their payout within 7 days. The first timer starts when they sign up, and a new one starts with every payout request. If they don't reach a payout in time, that $1 bonus isn't awarded, for them or for you.
The person didn't sign up through your link. If you don't see any new registered users under Community > Referrals after sharing your link, make sure you shared it correctly: use the Copy URL button in the web dashboard or the Share link button in the Pawns.app mobile app. If you created a custom link, enter your custom text and click Update URL before copying it. Otherwise, the link won't track your referrals.
